Several of our Pittsburgh-based marketing agency clients are looking for talented Account Executives and Account Managers that want to and can expand their horizons personally and professionally with a terrifically talented team.
Our clients offer a fully integrated, multi-channel campaign approach featuring traditional, digital and interactive technologies that are rooted in winning strategies and then flawlessly executed. As a result, they continue to grow and need additional customer support via maturing Account Executive who can nurture and grow strong client relationships.

These are hybrid roles working 2 - 3 days in the office and the balance of the week from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assuming a supporting account role within the firms Account Services team, helping to prioritize and manage overall client assignments
- Manage several high-profile accounts as the key representative of the agency on a day-to-day basis
- Ultimately oversee the creative and strategic process for full-service campaign development including experiential events, brand activations, engagement, broadcast, print, outdoor, and digital campaigns
- Lead in the coordination of internal as well as external resources needed to service projects, build strategic plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work
- Staying abreast of the latest marketing trends and best practices
You will work in collaboration with and be supported by the Senior Account team on a daily basis as your initiative acts as a catalyst for bold ideas that drive your clients brand and business to new heights.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 3 years B2B/B2C experience in Account Services or creative Project Management with an agency or corporate marketing group
- Fluid use of MS Office, Internet and CRM software
- Strong perceptive and analytic abilities applied to management, analysis, problem solving, client relations, strategy and planning
